Through the booking and contact forms on this website I only collect the data you enter yourself: your e-mail address, the subject and the content of your message. If you describe the reason for reaching out, your message may contain sensitive (e.g. health-related) information – I use it solely to reply to you and to prepare for your appointment.
What do I use the data for?
I use the data to reply to your message, agree on an appointment time and prepare for the appointment. The legal basis for processing is responding to your enquiry and arranging an appointment (steps prior to entering into a contract), and, for sensitive data, your consent given by voluntarily providing the information. I do not use your data for marketing and do not share it with third parties, except for the technical service providers listed below.
Who processes the data technically?
Voog (Voog Technologies, Estonia) – the website platform where form submissions are stored. Google (Gmail) – the e-mail service where form notifications and correspondence arrive. Google reCAPTCHA – spam protection for the forms; Google may process technical data (e.g. IP address) for this purpose.
How long do I keep the data?
I keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and a possible client relationship. If no client relationship follows, I delete the enquiry within a reasonable time. Documentation related to an actual therapy relationship is subject to the retention periods set for healthcare services.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data I process about you, request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee). Confidentiality
As a clinical psychologist I follow professional ethics: everything you share with me is confidential. The only exceptions are situations required by law where there is an immediate danger to your own or someone else's life or health.
